For their newly opened subsidiary in Zagreb they are looking for candidates who qualify for a work post
Sales Manager (m/f) - Zagreb
Responsibilities:
• Identify, plan and execute sales opportunities
• Prospect and develop business development pipeline
• Respond to customer request for proposal
• Establish and develop relationships with key customers
• Manage customer relationships utilizing excellent relationship building
• Must possess and exhibit HORECA knowledge in Zagreb
• Apply effective cost control and quality assurance mechanisms

• 3 years of sales experience in HORECA or related industry
• An ideal candidate will have previous experience in selling hot beverages
• Positive attitude; proactive, passionate and self-motivated
• Results driven
• Financially and Commercially astute
• Attention to detail
• Confident and hard-working
• Effective network development
• Strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Willing and able to travel as a major part of the position
