Manpower Croatia is looking for Manpower`s Head Office in Zagreb the experienced Candidate for the position of:
Sales Consultant (m/f)
- Zagreb -
Key responsibilities:
Directly involved in Manpower Croatia sales activities, the Candidate will be mainly responsible to identifying and developing new business opportunities and to target relevant SMB Clients to promote Manpower`s portfolio of services with the goal of enhancing sales growth on Croatian market.
- Enhancing sales drive and market share growth
- Growing professional network and promoting the agency’s services through regular Clients contacts and meetings,
- Developing Client relationships through appropriate well planned visits
- Retaining and growing existing business and generating new business, deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls
- Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and competitors` monitoring activities
- Researching market-specific labour customs and economic trends to provide local and global companies with expert knowledge to identify potential business opportunities
- Meet sales/gross profit targets through implementation of Manpower`s sales model
- Maintain accurate and well organized documentation in accordance with Manpower practice
- Write proposal documents and tenders, negotiate fees and rates due to existing agency pricing
- Ensuring that the services delivered to our clients are in alignment with Manpower’s high corporate quality standards

- 3+ years of experience

- Trustful, energetic, persistent, proactive, action and results oriented person
- Active communicator with excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
