For Croatia we are offering a freelance position until 31st December 2018 starting as soon as possible as
Retail Expert (m/f) for our adidas or Reebok Project in Croatia
You will work as an ambassador for our clients adidas Running & Football or Reebok within some of the top retailers in Croatia. Working independently as a freelancer, the main part of the job takes place out in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work as a representative for our clients adidas and Reebok as a football and running or fitness expert at various retailers to contribute to the achievement of given KPIs
• Activate communities through product trials and run clubs
• Provide consumer consultations at the Point of Sale (POS) for various regional retailers and ensure sell-out of running, Football and training footwear
• Prepare and execute product training for retailers and sales staff
• Increase sell-out of running and football products by creating and executing challenges and incentives

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
• Experience in sales/retail position or degree in sports science, business administration, retail marketing or similar field
• Personal identification with the adidas or Reebok brand and the products
• Basic sport-related product knowledge paired with a passion for sports
• Experience in retail within sport products is a plus
• Proficient in Croatian, English is a plus
• Target-oriented, result-driven as well as independent way of working
• Strong communication and organization skills as well as intercultural competence
• Talent in building and maintaining relationships
• Driver’s License (European Category B) and the availability of a car are a must
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Required license to work as freelancer is necessary
