The position includes:
• Development of quality assurance strategy and quality assurance plans for the company based on expected quality requirements as well as the company quality policy
• Monitoring the implementation of quality plans
• Continuous development by studying new trends in quality management
• Building and maintaining sustainable and professional relationship with the agencies that regulate quality
• Creating a database of regulations regarding the quality assurance with regular updates and applying them as required or recommended for METRO Business
• Cooperation with other departments with active participation in improving the control of the cold chain as well as support in our Logistic platform
• Quality control of key suppliers and suppliers of private label to assure cooperation and implementation of support programs, sharing of information, corrective and preventive actions and improvement plans
• Leading and coordinating team activities to establish procedures and standards
