Opis radnog mjesta:
We are looking for engineers who are familiar with the process of developing complex systems from the idea all the way to the finished product. A hands-on approach and a very good understanding of technological processes involved in the development and production of powertrain systems is mandatory. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for cars, technology and engineering with a background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering and participation in additional projects within the industry.
Responsibilities:
· Development of the full gearbox including the simulations, parametrizations, strength calculations and optimizations of all parts (gears, shafts, bearings…)
· Performing interference fit calculation
· Selection and understanding of oil – for cooling and lubrication
· BOM definition and management
· Creation of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
· Bachelor or higher Degree (mechanical engineering background)
· Understanding of gears and shafts production and manufacturing processes
· Understanding of thermal treatment of materials
· Advanced technical knowledge and experience in design, packaging, production and testing of Powertrain systems
· Advanced knowledge of CAD software (Solid Works, CATIA…)
· Experience in using a professional software for gear design (KISSsoft)
· Experience in parametrization of gearbox power, torque, speed ratio and efficiency
· Fluent English spoken and written
· Good organizational and planning skills
· Good knowledge of technological processes
Advantages:
· Knowledge of FEM & CFD analysis
· Knowledge of casting technologies
· Basic understanding of electronics and electrical engineering
· German spoken and written
· Experience in the automotive industry
