The ideal candidates will need to have a proactive attitude, attention to details and a passion for exceeding guest`s expectations.
F&B Manager (m/f)
F&B Manager is responsible to manage F&B outlets (a la carte restaurant, beach bar and hotel restaurant) in the resort.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
• Will come from a hospitality management background
• Will be focused on service quality, food and beverage revenue increase and optimization of the costs
• Will be responsible for staff management, money management, reporting, achieving sales goals and company procedures implementation at all times.
• Will assist in training and evaluating personnel, developing and motivating the team
• Will have High School Diploma, College Degree is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in restaurant / fine dining / bar management
• Strong understanding and knowledge of F&B procedures and operations
• C1 level of spoken and written English, Italian is advantage
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills in order to be able to lead and inspire F&B team
• IT skilled, Diventa experience is advantage
