Due to continuous expansion, Lush Manufaktura d.o.o. is offering a great opportunity for you to join the Customer Services team. Customer Services sits at the heart of manufacturing and is highly visible, playing a pivotal support role across many areas of the company. You can expect discussions with Production Managers and other teams in our manu and lots of conversations with our customers - support teams and retail managers globally!
We will ask you to become part of a friendly, sociable and vibrant team, where you will be working with a selection of countries and shops to provide them with the highest standard of service!
As no two days are the same, you’ll need to be flexible, great at multi-tasking, finding win-win solutions, proactive and have excellent time management and organisational skills. Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Croatian are essential, as you will be continually developing communication channels across the company and with the customers. This role is not for the faint-hearted, it can be challenging at times, but it offers true career progression and a chance to really learn about the company.
