On behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced, highly skilled and motivated person at the position of:

Customer Care Specialist (m/f)

Zagreb, Croatia

Main responsibilities:
• Provide a highly professional consumer experience by engaging with the complaints in a positive calm manner whilst providing resolutions
• Build rapport with the customers, solving problems by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution
• Provide support for dealer network with the aim of increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of customers
• Provide support to Customer Care Front Office in order to improve customer experience
• monitoring / tracking indicator trends ; providing feedback and solution proposition through highly analytical approach
• Support / training to dealers and front office operators
• Monitoring changes related to consumer protection laws and the law on personal data protection, adjustment procedures in accordance with the legal provisions
• Budget monitoring

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Experience needed:
• 2 years’ experience in Customer Service related area
• Experience in automotive industries is a advantage

Skills:
• High commitment to customer satisfaction
• In-depth knowledge of customer service, marketing and sales principles and practices
• Strong detail orientation and analytical skills
• Excellent Croatian written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient English written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge:
• Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point)
• Presentation skills
• B category driving license
