PlanRadar is a fast-growing global company with an award-winning solution for documentation, task and defect management in the construction and real estate industry. We already have customers from 31 countries worldwide and every single month thousands of new companies register to use PlanRadar in their projects.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Manager for our new office in Zagreb, who has a proven track record in B2B sales and leadership skills. In this role you will drive growth and manage the SEE business operations.
Responsibilities
• Build-up and lead our office in Zagreb
• Build-up a sales team that operates in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Serbia
• Implement the entry and growth strategy for the SEE region
• Have full responsibility for Sales and Business Development within the SEE region
• Develop and lead the Croatian team
• Represent the company at industry events and promotional activities
• Report directly to the CEO

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position with personnel responsibility
• Proven experience and knowledge of the construction and / or real estate industry
• Proven track record in sales
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS is a plus
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent spoken and written Croat and English skills
• German language skills are a plus
• Driving License B
• Willingness to travel
