Founded in 1976, Perigord provide global packaging artwork and software solutions to many of the world's leading pharmaceutical & healthcare companies. We lead the industry in compliant artwork production services and count 6 of the world's top 10 pharma companies as clients.
Our flagship software product GLAMS is a web-based Artwork Management System that has been developed to manage and streamline the artwork process from concept through to printing. It places total control over artwork assets in the customer's hands, enabling greater compliance within the clients supply chain process while at the same time accelerating client's time to market.
Due to our plans to further expand our business we now have an opportunity for Junior Pharmaceutical Artworker with a minimum of 1-2 years qualification industry experience to join our growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Artworker who would like to progress their career.
Summary of Role:
Creation and revision of are completed within the time allocated and within very strict procedures and quality guidelines.
Requirements:
• Qualification in Graphics/DTP
• 1+ years experience working with electronic artwork either in a Pharmaceutical/Healthcare company or in a service provider to these industries or in a an artwork production environment
• 2+ years working experience and layout skills with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Quark
• Full understanding to the specific needs to creating and revising electronic artwork including the need for following detailed instructions
• Experience of repro applications such as ArtPro, PackEdge an advantage
• Experience with Middle Eastern or European languages an advantage
Personal Specifications:
• Proven track record of dedication to quality and meeting strict deadlines
• Flexible, hard working, enthusiastic, conscientious, proactive and open to change
• Have a proven ability to learn rapidly and a very good eye for detail
• Good communication skills and standard of English
• Good inter-personal skills
• Excellent PC/Mac skills
• Ability to work with people across a range disciplines and abilities
• Ability to make quality / compliance focused decisions under pressure
