Advisory Services – Manager for energy sector (electricity, oil and gas) (m/f)
Job description:
• Business development-identifying potential business opportunities for EY within and outside existing engagements in Croatian energy sector
• Working as a Project manager and/or Team member for the advisory projects in energy sector
• Working on projects related to following topics: strategic planning, feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, management of investment projects, regulatory impact analysis and etc.
• Leading a Team and creating a positive learning culture, coaching junior team members and helping them to develop

Requirements for candidates:
• University education
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience related to energy sector (electricity, gas, oil)
• Experience related to preparation, management and/or implementation of investment projects in energy sector
• Experience related to work in consulting and/or research projects in energy sector is considered as an advantage
• Very strong ambition and priorities related professional achievements - your work is more important for you than for many other people
• Hard working, problem solving capabilities, can do attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent written and spoken English and Croatian
