As an Account Manager you are responsible for a broad range of account management tasks with a focus on advising and signing up new partners. This is a role in which you travel extensively, visiting properties in your assigned area to inform them about our client.
You support our client by informing new partners in a specific area with respect to the services offered by our client. You create quantity and quality reports on results and performance for information support to our client. You provide partners the (initial) training on how to use the clients’ system. You will assist accommodations on the improvement of their availability and supply in order to support our client in meeting the demands of the visitors on the clients’ website.

You are responsible for:
• Visit properties in your appointed area
• Liaise with partners on availability and supply
• Responsible for area coverage
• Support our client’s strategy for partner availability and supply within .......
• Accompany and train partners on how to use our clients extranet and rates & availability system
• Providing partners with information and advice by mail and email, including follow-ups
• Follow up on cancellations and evaluations
• Support partners with regards to our clients’ on-line system
• Promote our clients brand name and its online reservation services to partners, also by visiting partners located in specific geographic areas of the country
• Inform partners and advise on allotment, availability and supply
• Rate checks and competitor checks
• Liaison person for partners to contact when they have questions
• Organize and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits to liaise with partners
• Check statistics in the control room and follow up
• You will also need to be versatile and adapt quickly to the latest guidelines from our client.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Qualifications and Experience required:
• Hotel School or University background preferred
• 2 years of experience in a relevant account management function
• Fluent in English both written and vocal
• Experience working in B2B and B2C
• Available to travel up to 80% of the time
• Passionate about e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry
• Self- motivated, Pro-active, responsible, friendly and can work independently
• Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills
• Positive attitude and able to adapt quickly to the latest guidelines from our client
• Driver’s license is a must
