ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS OVERVIEW
• Provide prompt, accurate and efficient handling of all requests for guests reservations, changes, cancellations and information.
• Answer inbound mails and calls in a professional, prompt and enthusiastic manner, focusing on selling reservations.
• Communicate and follow-up with clients/guests/buyers in a timely manner to inform them of accommodation availability. Manage customer service standards to obtain individual and company goals.
• Understanding of and compliance with the sales process for accommodation reservations as outlined in the Agency Standards and Procedures
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly to clients/guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Access all functions of the computer system, internet, word, excel, picture resize, emailing
• Process, control and follow-up all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone and mail, internally and through other sources.
• Increase sales results of accommodation bookings
• Correspond with villas' owners related to availability of accommodation
• Purchase and contract with new accommodation owners, add those to the agency base and website
• Highly oriented to learn selling and negotiations techniques as well as agency products in order to obtain high close ratios.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:

• Previous Booking Travel Agent experience not required but is advantage.
• Must have strong PC and internet skills, expert (emailing, internet search, word, excel, knowledge of wordpress and photoshop is advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, excellent correspondence skills
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible work time, sometimes weekends
• Must be able to handle a large volume of mails and calls with good closing sales skills
• Strong knowledge of Dalmatian destinations as well as local geography
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment or individually
• Car driving experience not required but is advantage
• Young person without work experience is advantage
• Ability to learn fast and understand needs of guests and work processes, creative and fast thinker
• Fluent in English, knowledge of German, Russian or French highly preferred
• Ability to type fast (40 words per minute)
• Honest, open minded, enthusiastic, persistent, strong and energetic personality
