Sales engineer for Commercial and Industrial Sales (m/f)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing sales activities for commercial and industrial project customers like dealers, consultants, designers and investors
• Achieving sales targets, creating and executing action plans and implementing product (project) strategies
• Leading sales negotiation and building strong relationships with customers
• Providing high level development of existing customer relation and strengthen LG’s market position
• Acquiring new customers and promoting LG’s solution to the market (HVAC contractors, installation companies, consultants, key accounts, designers)
• Pro-actively exploring the market to collect information about projects
• Project management and coordination with technical and commercial back office (applied systems, chillers, FCU, AHU and direct expansion VRV systems)
• Maintaining high level technical knowledge of LG products and their application
• Coordinating and participation in promotional activities
• Close cooperation with commercial and industrial sales team and country managing director

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
REQUIREMENTS
• Sales professional with several years of experience in sales management
• Technical university degree or other higher education with strong interest in HVAC technology
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC solution sales
• Established and good contacts in HVAC sector and profound knowledge of market
• Driving license and willingness to travel extensively
• Very good English skills
• Very good MS Office skills
• Very good AutoCad skills
• Sales driven personality with well-developed communication, presentation, interpersonal and commercial skills
• Pro-active, self-motivated, dynamic and team-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to adopt the LG sales process and at the same time high flexibility
