Network Specialist - 3rd level support
As 3rd level Network Specialist you will be responsible for configuring, managing and troubleshooting network equipment and architectures, developing root cause analysis, configuration changes or even advising and consulting with management.
Your day to day activities will include:
• Advanced troubleshooting of incidents on LAN/MAN/WAN network components from various vendors (CISCO, Juniper, Checkpoint, HP, F5, Netscalar, Infoblox, BlueCoat, & Others)
• Developing Root Cause Analysis documents and presenting them to IBM/Customer representatives
• Investigating and analyzing repetitive issues on the network for resolution

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
How your profile should look like:
• Proven knowledge, experience in trouble-shooting, switching, routing, firewalls
• At least 4 years of working experience in Network services
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
What we would prefer:
• CCNP or equivalent, JNCP or CCIE (would be preferred)
• Knowledge of ITIL - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management
• Experience with F5/HP switches and Cisco Prime Infrastructure
• Experience with Cisco and Checkpoint devices
• Experience or theoretical knowledge of Network security, WAN, WI-FI, etc.
• Knowledge of DNS and DHCP implementation and operations at large scale
• Working and basic experience on Virtualization technologies such as VRF's, vSwitches, dSwitches, Cisco UCS, ESX
