Our client is a leading international pharmaceutical company. For their business needs they
are in search for a qualified candidate for the position of:
Marketing & Sales Manager (m/f)
Croatia
Responsibilities:
• Prepare Budget Plans and Controlling
• Being able to prepare and process business and marketing plans
• Develop sales strategies and planning of sales in quantity and volume
• Monitoring internal control of warehouse, controlling of stock and transfer of prices
• Lead and Coach employees
• Capable of monitoring and analyzing the pharmaceutical market
• Capable of performing and leading field force meetings
• Report to Headquarters
• Maintain contacts to pharmaceutical wholesaler as well as to opinion leader in
pharmaceutical industry and liaise with and support of Key Opinion Leader
• Strategic planning
• Compliant with company’s guidelines and with the Croatian legislation

• Excellent in English and in the use of Windows

• Results and deadline driven, assertive
• Very good in communication and significant conceptional and organizational skills
