On behalf of our client, company Daikin Croatia, the leading manufacturer and supplier of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) equipment, we are looking for:
Heating Sales Engineer (m/f)
Residential Sales Department
Location: Zagreb
Your future role:
- Managing sales activities for dedicated residential heating customers (partners, installers, designers)
- Achieving sales targets, creating and executing action plans and implementing product (project) strategies in line with company’s objectives.
- Leading sales negotiation and building strong relationships
- Providing high level development of existing customer relation and strengthen Daikin’s leading market position in Croatia
- Acquiring new customers (designers, installers) and promoting Daikin solutions to the market (HVAC contractors, installation companies, consultants, key accounts, designers)
- Pro-actively exploring the market to collect information about heating projects and potential business development
- Project managing and coordinating with technical and commercial back office (heating solutions)
- Maintaining high level technical knowledge of Daikin products and their application
- Coordinating and participating in promotional activities
- Close cooperating with residential team and sales manager

Job requirements:
- Technical university degree or other higher education with strong interest in HVAC technology
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC solution sales
- Sales driven personality with well-developed communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
- High level of self-motivation, persistent and organisation skills
- Pro-active, dynamic and team-oriented personality
- Very good English skills
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Driving license and willingness to travel extensively
