If you know how to handle small, but vital details building up to an overall online experience of the brand, FOREO needs you, as FOREO’s voice in social media and other touch-points with a customer – would it be a website or a newsletter or an e-shop.

You value the proper level of attention and respect to the customers as much as we do. Keeping healthy friendly relationships with bloggers or journalists comes naturally to you.

The ideal candidate should have strong enough communication skills to constantly work with people around, gather them in order to achieve higher goals, which are customer-centric.

You are completely comfortable in multi-tasking and organizing your work so that you would always stay on top and in the loop.

RESPONSIBLITIES & OBJECTIVES
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the digital marketing activities those are customer – centric:
o Social Media management – working with content team to deliver constant high quality conversational and branding content across multiple languages.
o Online reputation management. What customers are complaining about in their product reviews, how could we answer/react? Can customers find us easily at local Google search?
o Linking our customer support with customers regarding questions/complains anywhere on the Internet or in our social media profiles.

• Localization of customer experience with the brand:
o Working with translators to ensure our website is always well localized/translated;
o Advertising campaigns, launched globally, should reach customers in their language.
o Running blogs in several languages by reusing global content or creating local content.

• Active communications with customers, reaching out to new potential customers:
o Newsletters, email-marketing;
o Email database build-up;
o Campaign management (Christmas, Mother’s Day special offer);
o Reaching out to bloggers for cooperation.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing related areas. Should have experience in various fields, most important being: social media management, email marketing, campaign management and most importantly – should be customer – centric, open to listen to customer comments and happy to answer/help.

• As a must, person should be comfortable working in a multi-national environment.
• Good level of English is a must; knowledge of other languages and cultures – highly preferred.
• Desire to challenge the existing skincare and oral care industry, plus a healthy disrespect for the impossible.
• Strong communication skills is a must, since there will be tens of people to talk to and agree on something. Patience, sense of joint collaboration – should already come natural.
