Call Center Operator (m/f)
O poslu
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collecting debts in an ethical manner respecting the debtor's rights and with high professionalism
• Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, negotiating payment conditions with debtors
• Receiving, registering and handling requests and complaints
• Processing all cases with courtesy and accuracy according to the internal quality standards
• Continuous feedback to Supervisors about daily tasks
• Performing any other new activities in accordance with department procedures

O zaposleniku
• Previous experience in Call Center or Customer Service would be a strong advantage
• Very good communication and negotiation skills, multi-tasking ability, result-oriented
• Perseverance, high level of self control, patience, fast-learning ability
• Good computer skills
• Availability to work in shifts
