Our client is an established company operating within the automotive industry. They are currently looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be called to organize, direct and control all activities within the workshop. Leading a team of technicians, you will be responsible for maintaining efficiency, achieving set plans, managing work schedules, ensuring optimum use of all material and personnel resources. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out in a smooth and timely manner, to the established quality levels and to the highest level of service to customers. You will be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction, maximizing upselling, carrying out test drives and providing technical advice as necessary. The position will also involve developing training schedules for technicians and ensuring health and safety practices are followed.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
This position calls for an individual with technical experience, preferably in the automotive industry and with experience in team management. You will be a natural leader, adaptable, organized and have excellent time management skills. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate flexibility, work under pressure and approach internal and external customers in a professional manner. Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
