for the division Group Credit Rehabilitation of the Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank International AG, the international operating financial group in South-East Europe, Austria and Italy.
Your major tasks:
- Contact / correspondence with client, negotiations and discussions with clients, external auditors, lawyers and other creditors, implementation of restructuring and work out measures
- Follow up on agreed restructuring strategies
- Preparation of credit analysis that includes assessment of creditworthiness, financing structures and business models of our clients
- Evaluation of restructuring proposals
- Preparation of assessment of ratings of clients based on both hard and soft facts
- Preparation of a risk assessment and presentation of defined strategy with concerned clients on competent credit committees
- Monitoring and supervising of determined portfolio of clients : review of credit exposures in the respective profit centers and local rehabilitation entities, development of portfolio strategy concepts to support the local credit rehabilitation entities
- Planning and verifying the amount of specific risk provisions
- Reporting to several committees
Your profile:
- University degree in economics, finance, accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience on similar positions
- Developed analytical skills: good knowledge of financial analysis and risks arising from credit agreements
- Strong negotiations skills
- Sound economic and commercial and/or legal knowledge
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Several years of professional experience (banking sector and/or business consulting)
- Excellent computer-literacy (especially MS-Office)
- Sound command of written and oral English and Slovenian
- Willingness to travel
