Currently we are looking for a talented professional in an executive position for our Side in Kreuztal, Germany as a
Value Stream Manager (m/f)
Tasks:
• You are responsible for a smooth production process
• You manage and motivate production workers
• You monitor machining and manual production processes to ensure production goals/requirements are being met
• You provide leadership and direction for the Site Value Stream
• You are directly responsible for the value stream’s performance with respect to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth
• You act as an architect for the Strategy Deployment Process and Operational
• Excellence improvement for the Site Value Stream
• You set priorities with scheduling for (cell) production
• You create employee performance reviews and develop improvement plans as needed

Requirements:
• You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• You have several years of leadership experience in the metalworking industries
• Experience of working globally is desired
• You are comfortable with MS Office applications (Excel in particular)
• Fluency in English and German is a must
• You are characterized by exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Kreuztal, Germany: located rural with traffic connections to Cologne and Dusseldorf
