As a TS (Technical Service) Field Service Engineer you will be part of a team but the majority of the time will be spent out working with our customers. To be successful in this position the candidate must enjoy working independently, remotely and to travel a lot, sometimes working outside of regular working hours (evenings and weekends), based on customer needs.
This means that the candidate may not meet physically that often with manager and colleagues.
A Field Service Engineer is in regular contact with customers, colleagues, Technical Key Account Managers, Team Leader and Field Service Operations Area Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• delivering maintenance and installation work with quality to Tetra Pak's customers to secure customer satisfaction
• hands on practical mechanical maintenance/basic electrical skills following the Tetra Pak maintenance concept and documentation
• high learning ability, strong personal drive and interest in developing oneself
• willingness to travel and working from home as well
• working with complex equipment, eg. using the latest automation technology at customer sites maintaining these
• reporting new business opportunities through the appropriate channels based on the candidate's good judgment
• participating in preparing customer site for installation events, assembling machines and conveyers
• participating in execution or execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures
• informing relevant Tetra Pak staff or execute reporting in a timely manner about discovered technical issues according to the relevant processes
• rebuilding kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations
• escalation of all discovered food safety, quality assurance and regulatory issues.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Position requirements
• Mechatronics/polytechnical training (vocational education at high school level),
• Computer skills (MS Office skills),
• Automation and Process related studies or experience are nice to have,
• Installations, maintenance and/or service work experience of minimum 2-3 years
• (close to) native level of Croatian language
• Intermediate level of English
• Basic level of Serbian
• Basic level of Slovenian, German or Italian is a nice to have
