Training Coordinator (m/f), Zagreb

Your main tasks:
  • Support in building of high quality training programmes and m-learning materials that trainers and retailers in stores in all countries will use
  • Maintenance of all existing training materials (structure, layout, accessibility, overview and administration)
  • Coordination of translations of training materials with all countries
  • Super user on our Learning Management System and SAP (operational and basic technical support)
  • Support in training our trainer team and pipeline, ensuring high quality of our trainee programmes
  • Support line managers in recruitment and staff development according to JYSK concepts and standards
  • Support in employer branding through social media and brand ambassador
We want you, because you:
  • Put Customer First in everything you do
  • Preferably have some HR experience in training and recruitment
  • Can write in a simple, structured and understandable way in English and Croatian
  • Can make simple and inspiring training materials that easily can be used by others
  • Are an advanced MS Office user and preferably familiar with video and picture editing and the work in LMS and SAP systems
  • Like to work in a well structured environment with the concepts that can help you in everyday work
  • Are supportive and independent, have a good eye for detail and you get things done

The ideal candidate is altruistic and well structured person, focused on details, with Pedagogical or Psychological degree and preferably 2 years of HR experience in training and recruitment. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must, as there are meetings and training activities in other JYSK countries.

The Training Coordinator will have a daily reference to the Training Manager.

The position is based in Zagreb, Croatia, but travelling activities within Europe should be expected.
