Trainee (m/f)
in Research & Development (Start: 1st November 2015)
We are looking for talented and driven individuals to join our 24-month international trainee program.
The program is based at our Engineering Technical Centre, Kirchheimbolanden, Germany. There will be two international assignments at another BorgWarner location as part of the program.
POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is to develop our next generation of engineering talent through practical orientation. This is a hands on role, learning by doing and contributing to real work projects.
The program will consist of technical and non-technical trainings that will prepare you for future opportunities in our company. Future roles could be in Application Engineering, Design Engineering, Program Management, Test Engineering or Research and Development as examples.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in industry or completed work-experience to support their studies
- Fluency in English
- Ability and willingness to possibly relocate to one of our other locations worldwide upon completion of the program
