Tenant Relations Assistant (m/f)
Responsibilities of the Tenant Relations Assistant:
• Undertake regular tenant visits to maintain positive working relationships, gain constructive feedback and provide them with support and assistance, promoting and updating services where necessary, and to make positive descriptions and qualities of Arena Centar;
• To act as the first point of contact for all tenants, develop and manage tenant’s relationships and formal communication as well as informal friendly relations;
• Have meetings with tenants and effectively manage and resolve any complaints/issues such as security & debt collection, tenant fit-outs, permitting, opening deadlines, stocktaking and marketing co-operations;
• Management of all the verbal and written follow up correspondence by any tenant on none-compliance;
• Promote and educate tenants on a house rules deed and allowed and desired merchandising techniques;
• To circulate information within a management team to make effective and timely communication with the tenants, as well as with the Arena Centar owners;
• Management of leases as a material asset, in terms of Employer’s services rendered to the mall owner(s)
• Preparation of the Weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports
O zaposleniku
• A minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role
• Bachelors’ Degree in a business related discipline
• Well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
