For our affiliated company in United Arab Emirates, we are searching for a highly motivated person for the following position:
SUPPORT ENGINEER (m/f)
Location: Dubai
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support and maintenance of the following customer's (Etihad) products:
o Open Trust PKI
o Open Trust Card Management System
o Open Trust Mobile devices Provisioning System
• Support VIP customer's (Etihad) users, mainly for email encryption
• Airplane e-Enablement

PROFFESIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have skills:
• a Red Hat Linux expertize (other RPM based distributions acceptable as well).
• knowledge of PKI (as much as possible)
• knowledge of Microsoft AD & Exchange and Outlook (specially for email encryption)
• knowledge of Radius
• knowledge of Wifi EAP-TLS (no particular brand yet)
• knowledge of 802.1x (no particular brand)
Preferential skills:
• some smart card experience (preferably Safenet/Aladdin)
• some digital signature understanding
• some OTP experience (preferably Safenet/Aladdin)
• some understanding of HSM (preferably Safenet)
• basic understanding of Virtualization (VMware, etc…)
• basic understanding of Citrix / Thin Clients
PERSONAL PROFILE
• be autonomous
• fast learning
• have a driver license
