For needs of our client, we are looking for professional candidates for position:
Service Manager – responsible for Croatia and Serbia
Location: Zagreb
Purpose of the Position / Overall Task:
• Organizing the working process in service department with clear focus to optimal engagement of resources (people, money, time), safety and corporation’s rules;
• Coordination of activities in frame of those projects with other departments (e.g. installation, finance…);
• Acquiring new service contract and active approach to the market and existing installations through intensive client relations;
Responsibilities and Main Activities:
• Performing work in accordance with local regulations and internal rules
• Optimizing business service planning staff, materials and vehicles, including the organization of routes, workload and training;
• Directing servicers in order to achieve the best customer satisfaction, showing by example of quality work, additional work and operational success;
• Planning and carrying out activities in order to increase the efficiency of work in the Service Department;
• Ensuring the fulfilment of the objectives of efficiency and compliance with deadlines;
• Preparing and fulfilling the essential requirements of the budget in cooperation with the Sales Manager and Technical Manager;
• Project management;
• Coordinate activities of other departments in order to deliver the objectives (on time and quality);
• Site visits, supervise and follow-up the work performed;
• Leading service staff in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Act;
• Manage problem solving;
• With professional approach contributing to the reputation of the company.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of working experience on similar positions with focus to sales activities of similar technical projects;
• University degree in engineering, construction or industry automation;
• References in complex project management;
• Excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skills;
• Strong people management and communication skills;
• Analytical and strategic thinking;
• Passion for technical details and development, professional trends and innovative solutions;
• High level of responsibility which can be proved by references;
• Reliability, commitment and performance management;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; second foreign language (e.g. German) would be an advantage;
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
