- have experience working with any PHP framework
- have good experience with MySQL
- understands and uses OOP and design patterns on a daily basis
- uses git, composer, coding standards
- plus (but not a requirement) is experience working with doctrine ORM, vagrant, Phing, Redis, sys admin related tasks, - good slicing skills
