The specialty area of Controls Assurance provides services related to controls of financial reporting, compliance and operational processes, business process and IT management controls. Our team provides multiple services including:
Controls design, optimisation and assurance services for finance, compliance and operational processes;
• Controls design and optimisation services associated with system implementations and upgrades;
• Audit support services (validation of application and IT general controls) for external audit engagements;
• Technical IT controls reviews, including database, operating system, data warehouse and reporting tools;
• IT risk and control audit readiness services in support of regulatory compliance audits.
We are looking for an experienced candidate to provide support and deliver the controls assurance solution.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
What we expect from you
• University degree in IT/Business Administration/Economics (preferably with specialization in information systems);
• 3-5 years of experience in auditing and/or consulting in the environment of systems audit; in the evaluation of technology and/or business controls supporting financial and operational application systems and related business processes in a complex
environment;
• Understanding of how the IT general controls evaluation integrates into the overall financial audit assurance;
• Experience in complex ERP environments;
• Ability to follow formal methodologies and apply risk and quality standards;
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (notably Excel);
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP or similar would be considered a strong asset;
• Native Croatian and advanced English speaking, listening and writing language skills, with report writing capability;
• Experience in teamwork and supervision/coaching/development of junior and other team members;
• Ability to work independently without direct daily supervision.
