Your challenge:
• Enlarge distribution network;
• Promote Philips as a Ist brand for DAP products;
• Develop brand visibility in all the shops;

Your key responsibilities:
• Train and motivate shop-floor people;
• Update the potential customers data base;
• Plan own sales budget in terms of customers;
• Support the organization of special events (i.e. Dealers Day);
• Support every level of distribution;
• Keep updated re. Market researches; price policies, competitors, etc.
• Visit regularly existing & potential dealers for updates or presentations on the Philips products and acting as a communication channel between dealers & Philips;
• Monitor the price level on the market;
• Product training & merchandising for the shops;
• Organize & follow promotions;
• Submit weekly reports to Sales Manager;
• Upon approval of Sales Manager provide Recommended Shelf Price Lists to the dealers
• Take orders and bring them from indirect customer to wholesaler;
• Supervise the exchange policy (service)
• Increase number of retail stores, selling SDA

Your profile:
• University degree;
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in field sales
• Previous professional experience as a Sales Representative - FMCG/ Retail;
• Very good computer skills - MS Office;
• Driving license, category B;
• Business acumen, understanding the retail business
• Outstanding presentation and influencing skills,
• Excellent organization and coordination skills;
• Readiness for intensive traveling;
• Work experience in an international environment will be considered as an advantage.
• Good command of English
