Sales Representative (m/f)
Location: Croatia, Serbia, Bosna and Herzegovina and Slovenia
Job requirements:
Minimum 3-year experience in sales management, cooperating with multiple decision makers
Work experience in flooring industry (as a plus but not mandatory)
Preferably university degree education in sales, marketing or business
Strong interest in technical equipment
Advanced English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently
Sales oriented and well organized person

Your future role:
Responsibility for the sales and specification of Gerflor contract ranges of products
Customer aquisition from the private and public sectors (in the field of Health
Care-Medical, Education, Hospitality, Retail, Housing, Industry, Sport)
Maintaining business relationships with the partners like flooring contractors, architects & designers, builders
Achieving on average 15 to 20 visits per week to our specifiers, end users and customers
Sales negotiation with the clients in accordance with the company pricing policy
Promoting Gerflor brand on the market and participating in trade or road shows organized in conjunction with distributors
Organise customers' visit to the factories
Contributing to the achievement of a yearly sales budget for the territory
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager of the area
Cooperating with the various Gerflor departments based in France (particularly Customer Service, Marketing
and Technical Assistance)
Supporting and cooperating with distributors/dealers’ sales team and ensuring training to the specifiers and customers
Project tracking with the company's CRM practice
Provide market intelligence concerning competition, distribution, product trends, standards and significant projects
Active participation (with suggestions and ideas) in product development
Dealing with customer complaints on behalf of the company
