WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Support of existing dealers & B2B customers in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia &
Herzegovina and, depending on your place of residence, maybe parts of Austria or Italy.
- Acquisition of new customers and development and implementation of strategies for customer retention.
- Conception and implementation of projects for further expanding our international business activities (e.g. cooperations, etc.).
- Planning and budgeting of turnover, market penetration, necessary corrective measures, etc.
- Planning and implementation of marketing and advertising measures together with our customers (leaflets, POS measures, etc.).
- Close cooperation with your international sales colleagues.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a sales representative/account manager/key account manager or similar.
- You are a good team-player and excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- You are goal-oriented and show commitment and a high degree of self-motivation and assertiveness.
- You have a class B driving license and a high readiness to travel.
- You have a very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint) and you are willing to improve your knowledge and learn new computer skills.
- You have excellent German and/or English language skills.
- You speak at least one of the following languages fluently: Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian.
