Mission

To sell the Groups Core Rock Drilling Tools Equipment, achieving the Company’s annual projection targets for sales, turnover , profitability and market share in the range of products under responsibility
Support the Country Manager with the development and implementation of territory management, marketing actions and tools, optimization of the organization, people management and training of employees and distributors

Job description:

Achieve profitable growth targets with high focus on sales, growing market share including customer share and consolidated profitability.
Realize, directly or in cooperation with others the whole sales cycle necessary to obtain the orders/purchase contract (identify opportunity, present proposal, negotiate and close the deal);
Establish, develop and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through visits, telephone calls and correspondence including Key Customer Management.
Consult with direct manager proposal details as pricing, type of product, parts and service, warranty
Regularly weekly update data in internal database (visits, all correspondence such as emails, letters, faxes, proposals, orders, etc.)
Monitor the market and competition - gather, evaluate and analyze information about the market;
Share information about new potential business with management;
Participate in seminars, exhibitions and contribute to other marketing activities;
Tracking Rock Drilling Tools equipment in operation (Atlas Copco and Competition)
Listing potential customers by product segment
Manage distributor partners, if there are in the region;
Identifying areas for growth
Creating an action plan and reporting outcome on a regular basis
Track the market shares (orders won- lost ) within the territory
Support sales of Rock Drilling Tools equipment via technical field service and advising of drilling and applications in the region
Execute field tests of Rock Drilling Tools equipment
Support the AC Group’s vision “First in Mind, First in Choice” by nurturing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture to put the Atlas Copco in a leading position.
Provide monthly report to Direct Manager

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Experience requirements

Experience in a Sales company, in Sales and Technical related roles
Experience in working within the construction and mining or related
Commercial and organizational experience

Knowledge

Excellent command of local language and English is a must
good manual skils
good computer and presentation skills
driving license

Educational requirements

Preferably a degree/diploma in Mechanical / Mining Engineering or at least 3 year’s experience in a similar position

Personality requirements

Team Player, promoting team spirit, fairness and respect for all individuals in the organization
Excellent communication skills on all levels
Strong customer focus, pro-active, result-oriented
Ready to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis
Self motivated, energetic with high level of responsibility and loyality
