By offering a unique product and support concept, we have built a strong position in the heating energy market and are experiencing very a growth in Croatian market.
To help us continue and consolidate this success, we are looking for an ambitious person that can help developing and supporting the local market.
Your tasks:
- Lead seminars for building cooperatives and municipalities
- Supporting consulting engineers – renovation context
- Together with customers – initiating and developing new renovation projects -Danfoss renovation partnership
- Develop and implement profitable growth strategies and business plans for Renovation Segment together with customers (Danfoss Renovation Partnership)
- Lead seminars for building cooperatives and municipalities
- Proactively collect necessary market information and feedback to obtain a competitive advantage
- Visit and support potential customers and in order to transfer knowledge
- Establishing Danfoss as the market leader in Renovation Segment

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Trough active sales of Danfoss Product Portfolio you would acquire new customers and bring in new clients to our well-known local network with the target of building long-lasting and successful business relationships. You are contributing to market information and market intelligence, when it comes to market share details, business/product development opportunities, competitors or industry trends. You are also requested for presentations from new products or technical trainings to clients.
As part of a motivated sales team you can take the advantages of constantly changing know-how with colleagues from other branches or product information by being supported by internal sales and contributing to the development of your area with personal commitment and professionalism.
Your profile:
- Fast learning about technical products, systems, market and customers
- Technical education background with relevant knowledge
- Preferably experience in technical sales and knowledge about local heating market is an advantage
- English language working knowledge
- Independence in performing daily tasks and critical thinking
- Good communication skills and active listening
- Team work and fast learning
- Goals and challenges orientation is a must
- Travel mobility at the national and regional level
