RETAIL TRAINER (m/f)

Purpose of the job:
Provide training support in implementation of desired behaviour models

Place of work: ZAGREB, WILLING TO TRAVEL ACROSS COUNTRY

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Builds, develops and delivers training and capability improvement strategy and programme for retail network in line with training concept at company level which will support service station teams to improve performance and provide right customer satisfaction
• Evaluates the quality and efficiency of training courses and implements improvements
• Ensures that statutory training requirements are met
• Responsible for managing and active contribution to design, development and production of training materials as well as for ensuring consistency and quality of content and delivery in order to achieve specific needs of the retail training programme
• Prepares training manuals and training offers for employees and managers
• Provides coaching and development activities to the Area Managers and Service Station staff to ensure effective implementation of all new and existing training programmes
• Cooperates with the external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses
• Maintenance of training records and preparing management reports on training development

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar positions (in retail with focus on selling skills and customer service is an advantage)
• Active English language
• Active user MS Office
• Driving license “B” category
• Strong facilitation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork and customer focus
• Excellent presentation skills
• Flexible and adaptable person approach.
