• Experience in managing a team of 20-40 people
• Experience in customer service
• Solid analytical experience expressed in financial acumen
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Openness for challenges
• Focus on self development and continuous improvement attitude
• University degree
• Fluent English
• Proof of non-criminal record
