We are looking for a high-performing, experienced and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our revenue growth targets by client acquisition in Serbia, Bulgaria and Croatia. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential in mentioned countries, crafting sales plans and reporting directly to company owners.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identifying market opportunities (especially in the automotive, pharmaceutical and telecommunication industry)
- Organizing and implementing sales activities in order to achieve the revenue target
- Client acquisition in Serbia, Bulgaria and Croatia
- Drawing up contracts
- Mostly field work (2-3 days per week spent abroad)
- Weekly reporting to the company owners
- Communication with directors of subsidiaries in Serbia, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Croatia

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, sales or a related field
- Five years of successful experience in sales preferably in Ex-Yugoslavia markets
- Fluent in English and Serbian or/and Croatian (spoken and written)
- Willingness to learn Bulgarian in 1 year (if not your mother language)*
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, self-initiative and good decision maker
- Basic knowledge in the field of Human Resources
- Expertise from automotive or pharmaceutical industry will be highly valued
- Open to travel (abroad)
- Driver's license
