Regional Operations Manager (m/f)

The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for:
• Continuous development of all Company Restaurants and Franchise Restaurants, as successful and effective business profit centers through the use of effective policies and procedures
• People development through activities of employee recruitment and hiring, training and retention
• Sales development in terms of maximising marketing strategies and sales budget
• Profit development through cost effective management of all P&L areas
• Business compliance with Company’s OHS & IM policies
• Financial management through preparing annual budgets and sales profit forecasting
• Driving new Restaurant operations
• Delivery of operating standards to Burger King requirements

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience at similar roles in similar industry (quick service restaurant)
• Business English proficiency
• Driving license category B
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Ready to take over the business role with high level of responsibility
• Ready to commit to Company’s business goals and to provide leadership
• Willing to communicate effectively to all levels of management
