For Probus Real Estate GmbH, the real estate company of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank International AG, with location in Vienna.
Your tasks:
• Involvement in international Real Estate selling processes
• Collaboration in the preparation of relevant selling documents (teaser, information memorandum, preparation of the data room, etc.)
• Preparation and ongoing adaptation of lists of investors and databases
• Management of external service providers in the course of due diligence processes
• Support in contract negotiations with potential buyers
• Ongoing monitoring, tracking and reporting of selling processes and ensuring transparent selling processes
• Execution of Real Estate market researches, especially in the SEE
• Support of the group subsidiaries (training, set up of processes, etc.)

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Your qualifications:
• Degree in Economics or Law; additional education in real estate of advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in Asset Management and/or Transaction Services
• Excellent computer literacy (esp. Excel, Power Point – experience in data handling and preparation of relevant presentations)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong and self-assured manner
• Structured, precise, independent and reliable working style
• Process oriented approach
Required information pursuant to section 9 of the Austrian Equal Treatment Act [GleichbehandlungsG]: Minimum gross remuneration from EUR 33,000 p.a. upwards - overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
