Our client is a global leader in automotive experience, building efficiency and power solutions. On behalf the client DEKRA Macedonia is looking for a:
QUALITY MANAGER (m/f)
Position is based in Skopje, Macedonia
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Creates and maintains direct relation with customers;
Implements continuous improvement for Quality items reported in the MEQ;
Guarantees that the plant is having a quality management system “best in class” and that it is certified in compliance with the BOS, ISO/TS16949 standards;
Implements all resources and budgets necessary for the quality improvement in production;
Manages the continuous improvement of the quality performance and development of the suppliers;
Respects requirements in the fields of health, safety and environment and
Customer Satisfaction Management Representative.

Profile:
University degree with focus on Engineering, MBA is a benefit;
Experience in production is required;
Trained to quality standards TS16949, continuous improvement, TQM, PPAP, FMEA;
At least 4 years in Quality, 2 of them in managerial position;
Knowledge of the problem solving methods (8D, PSD etc.) and
Fluent English Knowledge;
