Job Function
• Manages the Marketing Team, coordinates and supervises the Marketing Operations.
• Defines, manages and enhances the Company’s Image in the market.
• Defines and implements Marketing Strategy and Marketing Plan to increase the sales, profitability and market share for all the company’s products.

Main Responsibilities
• Develops and implements the Marketing Vision & Strategy and manages the Company’s perception in the marketplace, including the enhancement of the Dealer/Deere as a brand.
• Defines and implements the Pricing Policy for all products and services and monitors the margin and takes corrective measures in order to achieve the objectives.
• Defines and manages the Advertising & Promotion Plan. Takes the lead in all marketing and promotion related to Sales, organizes and coordinates all internal and external trainings, visits in the company, factory visits, customers related events.
• Defines the Machine Ordering Plan and monitors the execution of ordering and delivery processes. Ensures ongoing coordination of all machine inventories.
• Creates incentives and motivational programs commercial actions targeting both to motivate Salesmen and retain Customers.
• Negotiates the best payment conditions and purchase price for all supplies.
• Acts as a link between the Company and suppliers.
• Defines and supervises the execution of the Training Plan for Sales & Marketing employees.
• Produces activity reports as required by the Senior Management.

• University degree
• Excellent knowledge of English
• High level of communication and human relations.

• Good understanding of financial principles, ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
• Creative and innovative with initiative to explore new opportunities, new techniques, new ideas to satisfy market requirements.
• Self-directed and having excellent organizational skills, time management capabilities and clear evidence of maximizing performance.
