We are seeking to recruit Marketing Manager (m/f) for KWS. Sjeme d.o.o./Croatia.

Your responsibilities include, amongst others:
• Preparation and responsibility for marketing budget
• Preparation and responsibility for marketing action plan
• Planning, organizing and managing the execution of marketing activities [field days, winter meetings, conferences and any other events)
• Managing creation, receipt and distribution of all aspects of promotional material and printed production
• Organizing advertising activity in close cooperation with media and press
• Monitoring and analyzing market environment and trends
• Products and services: lite cycle, pricing policy, launch activities
• Customer Relationship Management, PR and Communication
• Internet page and database

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Your responsibilities include, amongst others;
• Faculty of Economics, other business faculties majoring in marketing
• University degree
• Minimum 2 years in field of marketing, preferably in agriculture or similar industry
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Good MS Office skills
• Team player, good communication skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as highly proactive, flexible and open to change
• Willingness to take on responsibly
• Driving licence (B category)
• Willingness to travel
