Znanja i kvalifikacije:
By holding this position, you will be responsible for developing a brand and PR strategy including brand communication, CRM, point of sale material and sales promotions to drive and establish the store brand. You will develop the strategic plan in line with company objectives, be responsible for managing advertising and PR activity including the advertising budget as well as be involved in all competitor analysis, forecasting, corporate relationships, promotional strategy, print and marketing research.
Qualifications:
- University degree with at least 3 years of previous work experience within retail marketing;
- a proven track record of developing and executing marketing and PR strategies to achieve growth;
- strong project management, relationship management and negotiation skills;
- comfortable in operating autonomously and achieving results through your own initiatives;
- PR expertise is essential to drive media coverage in the region and across Croatia;
- fluent in English and good knowledge of computer (MS Office).
