Manu has been building and developing brands for international corporate clients for 20 years. A junior designer joining our team will be ready to develop their existing skills by working with senior creative staff on developing the Lil’ Ledy brand.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who loves learning new skills and techniques, solving problems and making stuff look amazing.
- Create and develop collection style guides
- Create presentation boards
- Prepare tech spec sheets to deliver to manufacturers
- Photo manipulation/retouching
- Create illustrations/designs for prints
- Coordinate with other designers to ensure all assets are aligned
- Follow and maintain brand identity characteristics, typography, photography, color, etc., evolving when necessary
- Produce amazing product and project presentations
- Create layout design and preparation of documents for digital and print media
- Produce attractive and effective designs for all media

- Proficiency with Mac OS: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- A good eye for layout and design and passion for graphic design
- Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
- Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Independence, ambition and motivation
- Flexible, agile and quick thinking
- Interest in animation, illustration or photography will be a plus
- Background of working as part of a design team
