Junior Consultant Infrastructure Maintenance (m/f)
Koprivnica
As a Junior Consultant your job will assist in ensuring that tickets are created/resolved/followed up/closed in a quick and effective manner following the Incident Management process agreed on the specific area.
Your day to day responsibilities include:
Provide first-level support through taking calls and handling tickets Provide analysis of ticket to restore service disturbance as guickly as possible Provide immediate solution if possible
Monitor processes to ensure they are running smoothly and assist with collection of availability data and creation of availability reports Assist with fulfilling standard work reguests (e.g. software distribution, installation/upgrade of PC)

The successful candidate will have following qualifications:
Preferably V/z years of IT Support experience
Basic technical knowledge
Some experience in creating an over-the-top customer experience, while
impressing our clients with superior client service are reguired
Excellent English skills, written and spoken
Bachelor's degree in IT
