Junior Analyst will be responsible for:
- Administration of database
- Preparation of marketing materials
- Phone and email communication with external agencies, clients, landlords, tenants
- Sourcing and preparation of information required for different type of Reports with focus on: macro & micro economy, financial reports, statistical data or similar
- Market Research Report preparation
- Cooperation on Valuation, Feasibility and Highest and Best Use Reports
- Cooperation with different departments inside the company
- Field research – property visits (Croatia, Slovenia, BiH)
- Monitoring of trends and opportunities in commercial real estate

- University degree (Economy – Finance / Macroeconomics is an advantage)
