Powerserv is the leading HR-service provider in Austria. We stand for transparency and reliability, stability and short decision making processes. In our domestic market we have been operating successfully since the company’s establishment 28 years ago. Now we are seeking to extend our business in Croatia. For our further expansion in this upcoming market we are looking for an employee with experience in sales and entrepreneurship.
Tasks:
You are in charge of the active acquisition of new clients as well as the support service for notable, existing accounts from diverse sectors in your geographic area. You are analyzing your clients’ requirements concerning HR services and developing solutions that suit your customers best. Moreover, your task is to design innovative strategies for acquisition and recruiting which are built on a consistent market analysis and will contribute to the company’s growth. In cooperation with your coworkers you are concerned with screening application papers, conducting job interviews, writing applicant profiles and forwarding those to your clients. All of your tasks will be fulfilled in close collaboration with all business divisions and external partners, e.g. educational institutions.
In addition, you are involved in the professional execution of human power planning, calculation and submission of offers to our clients. On top, you have to deal with the surveillance of labor-legal provisions for all employee assignments.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a commercial area or comparable experience as well as know-how in HR
• Several years of experience in field of sales, focusing corporate clients
• Excellent German and English skills
• Preferably work experience in the sector of personnel recruitment
• Passion for sales in a service-orientated work environment
• Self-dependent way of working in addition to a high level of ambition, initiative and creativity
