We are currently seeking an IT specialist who would provide continuous software, hardware and network support, and answer to all technology/IT related queries from PwC staff.
The candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with emphasized problem solving skills, and the ability to work in a challenging environment.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
What we seek:
• Experience with MS Windows 7 platform, Windows server 2008/2012, Office 2010;
• Fluency in Croatian and good knowledge of English;
• A motivated team player, willing to take initiative;
• Knowledge of:
• installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications, with monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks;
• troubleshooting system and network problems and hardware/software faults (via phone, email or through internal ticketing system);
• maintenance of hardware upon request;
• support of the roll-out of new applications;
• testing and evaluation of new technology;
• Minimum 3 years of experience;
• Master’s degree in computer science.
