Focusing on further development of business solutions in the field of Human Resources, they are looking for highly motivate person for a part - time junior position:
HR Specialist - Recruitment, Training & Development segment (m/f)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Support in preparation of HR events and projects
• Organization and monitoring of whole selection process
• Preparation, organization and development of induction trainings for new employees
• Support in organization and development of Performance Appraisal process
• Organization of Employee Engagement surveys
• Support in all activities related to development and trainings

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Experience & Skills:
• University degree (social sciences is an advantage)
• Experience in Human Resources is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Croatian language: very good and clear explanation of ideas and concepts
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken & written
• Highly developed social skills
• Ability to work in a team
